1. the  ASTM A 36 is the American ASTM carbon structure plate,the implement standard ASTM A36/A36M-03A,this standard is used for bridges and building reviting,bolt connecting,and welded structure,as well as the general usage of structural steel ，carbon steel plate and bar steel
3. 　：≤0.25，Si≤0.40，Mn：≤0.80-1.20，P≤0.04，S：≤0.05，Cu≥0.20（when there is requirement of cooper steel）。
   　　yield strength：≥250 。
   　　tensile strength：400—550。
   　　Elongation：≥20

2.The Q235 is normal carbon structural steel ,also called A 3 plate,Ordinary carbon structural steel –plate is a kind of steel material.Q represents the maerial yield limitation,235 references to the material yield value at about 235 mpa.Would bei increased with the increase of the thickness of the material and the yieldvalue decreases,since the carbon is moderate,has good competitive performance,strength ,plasticity and welding performance is good,this material is most widely used.

Element content:

A, B, C, D sulfur content reduced; The phosphorus content of A and B are the same, the phosphorus content of C, D phosphorus content is the least.

chemical component:

there are A.B.C.D four grade for Q235(GB/T 700-2006)

 Q235 A GRADE C ≤0.22% Mn ≤1.4% Si ≤0.35% S ≤0.050 P ≤0.045

Q235B GRADE C ≤0.20% Mn ≤1.4% Si ≤0.35% S ≤0.045 P ≤0.045

Q235C GRADE C ≤0.17% Mn ≤1.4% Si ≤0.35% S ≤0.040 P ≤0.040
Q235D GRADE C ≤0.17% Mn ≤1.4% Si ≤0.35% S ≤0.035 P ≤0.035
